REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We are Kingdom Cups & Gifts, doing business as Kingdom Cups & Gifts ("Company," "we," "us," "our", a company registered in Texas, United States and we operate the website https://www.kingdomcups.com (the "Site").

Return Window

We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery. Returns received after 10 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team before returning any item.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved products, name-customized gifts)
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Exceptions may be granted for defective, or incorrect, custom items — please contact us with details and photos. Please bear in mind that if an art proof, provided by us, was approved by the customer prior to production - exceptions may not be granted.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • If the return is due to damage, or error, on our part we’ll provide a prepaid return label via e-mail.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at rma.request@kingdomcups.com with:
    • Your name
    • Your phone number
    • The order number
    • Proof of Purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos (if applicable)
  2. We’ll review your request and issue an RMA number if eligible.
  3. You must ship your return with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
