Many KingdomCups.com products are custom-made in our shop and production time may be required prior to shipping. We appreciate your patience as we carefully create your item.

All orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because many of our items are made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons.

You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note: Due to many factors beyond our control these delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once a package has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KingdomCups.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, or incomplete, addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at and we will do our best to correct it before shipping your order.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery at with your order number and multiple photos - clear and in focus - showing any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your shipping notification, please contact us at with your order number and we will contact the carrier and work with them to try and locate your item(s).

At this time, we do not offer international (outside the US) shipping.
